Creative Visioneers offers digital products, courses, workshops, and programs designed to support parents and gifted/creative children. Because each offer may be delivered differently, refund eligibility is reviewed case by case.

For multi-day courses, Creative Visioneers may offer a 7-day guarantee when applicable. Refund requests may require that you show you accessed and implemented the program materials before requesting a refund.

Technical issues: If you have trouble accessing your purchase through Kajabi, contact us and we will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Digital access: If a refund is approved, access to the digital product, course, or program may be removed.
